On TPC7390 i can see:
tssdcard: Technologic Systems SD card controller, address 0x600ff000
tssdcard: card /dev/tssdcarda has 1935360 sectors (LUN 0)
tssdcarda: tssdcarda1 tssdcarda2 tssdcarda3 tssdcarda4
So, maybe some fs driver is missing to you.
You can try to use the same ts7390/7370/7350 initrd. Download it
pre-compiled from ftp and dd to your disk.
