You should be able to export any directory via NFS. A quick google
search should turn up instructions on how to set that up.
If you want windows system to be able to access the data, you might be
better off looking into using samba to share the drive via CIFS/SMB.
Again google should turn up instructions for setting this up.
In either case, you probably need to load a kernel module to provide
the service in addition to installing the user space server programs.
I don't know of any reason that this would not be doable.
