Unfortunately I'm not using a 7200 for this anymore, replaced them all
with 7800's and am not doing multicasting, but if I remember correctly
I used versions from ts8 which initially shipped with the board up to
ts11.
Also for my application I had to recompile the kernel. In my notes I
was adding Multicast Routing and Advanced Router under Network
Options, Sysctl under General Setup, and /proc file system support
under File Systems. I can't remember if those were on by default. I
was using the ts board to forward multicast packets from a TCP/IP
camera connected to an ETH10 daughter board, so not sure if all those
changes are needed if you're just trying to join a multicast group.
