I had talked with these folks a few years back. Their products looked
pretty neat, but their licensing was not. Now it looks like they've
gone open source. I don't know what license they chose.
They have 2 browsers - a patched dillo and their own, plus an openGL
stack... Pretty neat stuff.

FMSoft's Open-source Plan
In September 2008, FMSoft, China's largest code contribution company,
began to set a open source project with more than 2,000,000 lines of
code in open-source project, which has become the open-source
industry's most sensational event, the browsing and downloading volume
reached 3,000 Within one day, at one time make the server of FMSoft
overload.
This open-source project is mainly composed of 7 small projects. First
of all, a grand presentation of the project is open-source project
MiniGUI GPL-1.6.10 version. Not only can you download the library,
resource packages, a simple sample package (mg-samples-1.6.10.tar.gz)
of MiniGUI GPL-1.6.10, but also can download the application sample
package "sample-1.6.10.tar.gz" for many industries (intelligent home,
industrial control, medical equipment, set-top box solution, graphical
feature example, text and picture example, and so on) and the game
package "games-1.6.10.tar.gz"(including three classic games). For more

Secondly, FMSoft provided a light-weight MiniGUI-based web browser for
STBs and IPTVs. It is a successor of Dillo, and uses HTML engine and

Thirdly, FMSoft provided a project which implements OpenGL APIs on
MiniGUI based on the famous open-source implementation of OpenGL:
Mesa3D. This project uses MiniGUI as the graphics backend of Mesa3D.

an embedded browser mSpider V2.0 developed based on MiniGUI, and a set
