The modules and kernel not match.
your kernel is 2.4.26-ts11
and your modules are for 2.4.26-ts10 kernel
the solution is simple.
download this:
for (TS-72xx & TS-7300)
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7200-linux/binaries/ts-modules/tskernelmodules-2.4.26-ts11.tar.gz
or this for (TS-7400)
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7200-linux//binaries/ts-modules/tskernelmodules-2.4.26-ts11-7400.tar.gz
and unpack into /lib/modules
reboot
