We found it. The createmtdboot command was almost what I needed, but it also replaced the kernel, so I copied it to createmtdramdisk and deleted the line that copied the kernel partition. After I ran the new command I'd just created, my board once again boots fine. I'd love to know why an invalid ln command, followed by a save command trashed it in the first place, but at least it is back. ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
