I still see it happen but haven't found a way to make it happen on
demand. I'm using completely different hardware on a newer system
(mouse, keyboard and TS-7300) than when I first reported the problem.
Your observations match mine. I don't have a hub in my newest system
and I haven't seen it happen nearly as often as I did on the previous
system.
