[ts-7000] FTP issue TS 7800

Subject:	[ts-7000] FTP issue TS 7800

Hi all when I try to connect the ftp it says user eclipse can't change
directory to /home/eclipse. What this means what should I do to make
the FTP work. I have seen it happens in some of the 7800 boards and
not in others. Please help me out..
