It looks like your redboot has died.
You can use serialblaster from the files part of this e-group to boot
the board over serial, and re-flash redboot.
You need the default redboot image for the 7260 available on the
technologic website.
I have not seen a good howto on this on the web, but if you are
comfortable with flashing kernels etc. from redboot, you should have no
problem.
