[ts-7000] problem with ssh & useradd: unable to lock password file

Hello,

I just got a ts-7350 and I basically can't do anything that has to do
with writing in the file system. For example when trying to create a
new user I got this message: "useradd: unable to lock password file".
I looked for any passwd.lock but I coun't find any./

Also, I can not ssh my board. But I can ssh another computer from my
board.

Can anyone please help me with this ?
