I've just bought some brand new TS-7260 boxes. And I've tried loading
a personalized initrd image which I used before on older TS-7260. What
I've always done is:

load -v -r -b 0x00800000 -m http -h 192.168.0.76 /initrd.gz
fis create -b 0x00800000 -l 0x0006ce08 -f 0x67D80000 -r 0x0080000 -s
0x0006ce08 initrd

and after that everything worked fine.

This time, however, whenever I do that the box can't boot and I get an
error message, after the exec, that says:

"invalid compressed image (err=1)"

And after that I can't boot the box anymore, not even with:

load -v -r -b 0x00800000 -m http -h 192.168.0.76 /initrd.gz
fis load vmlinux
exec -r 0x00800000 -s 0x0006ce08 -b 0x00218000 -l 0x000C0000 -c
"console=ttyAM0,115200 root=/dev/ram0 /linuxrc ro

which works before doing the fis create.

I think it has something to do with the fact that the FLASH is
distributed differently. I've already bricked five boxes.

Following this line info regarding the box is listed:
