[ts-7000] TS-7300 Data Recevivg Problem

Hi,
   I am using TS7300 BOARD,and in board by using FPGA COM PORT port is
not receiving any data from other device but when I used same FPGA
port for transmiting purpose through minicom its transmiting the
data(TX DATA LED is blinking).So on BOARD is their any setting is
require for receving the data from EXTERNAL DEVICE.PLS let me know ASAP.
