thanks, will take a look at that. I found the following archives on
the ftp server:

arm-2005q3-2-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.bz2
arm-2005q3-2-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-i686-pc-windows.exe
README.EABIvsOABI
ts7800-crosstool-linux-gnueabi-2005q3-2.tar.gz
ts7800-crosstool-linux-oldabi-0.28rc39.tar.bz2

I am on ubuntu linux. In the README it says that "In order to
cross-compile using dynamic linking and be able to use the TS-7800
Debian OABI libraries, one can use the following OABI crosstool:

# ts7800-crosstool-linux-oldabi-0.28rc39.tar.bz2"

Now I have no idea what OABI or EABI means or if it is even important.
