[ts-7000] TS7300 BOARD RECEIVING PROBLEM

Hi.
    I am using TS7300 BOARD and connecting Board with PC(Linux) using D-LINK modem.Through minicom By ATDT command establishing connection b/w PC AND Board.
Once its show connected on Terminal of both PC & Board then if I am sending data from Board its coming on Terminal of PC but if I am sending data from PC its not coming on Board,its means that board is receiving no data from PC only transmitting the data.SO any jumper setting is require on Board for receiving data.I am using FPGA COM port(3).
please let me know the solution of this.
