[ts-7000] Maximum SPI clock rate?

Hi,

The TS-7400 documentation mentions a 14.7 MHZ maximum SPI clock rate.
I cannot see how to obtain this rate. From the EP9302, it seems
7.35MHZ/2=3.675MHZ would be the maximum rate.

Am I missing something?
