[ts-7000] TS-7KV board Screen Resolution Questions

Here are some questions regarding the TS-7KV video board.

1. How to change the screen resolution & its frequency on the TS-7KV 
display board?  
   - My current resolution is 640x480 @ 72 Hz
   - I would like to change that to 640x480 @ 60 Hz

2. How to create a CUSTOM FPGA design which can be downloaded into TS-
7KV?


Folloiwng is the some information regarding my setup.

 - Embedded Computer Board: TS-7250

 - OS Ver: Linux version 2.4.26-ts11-rt  
(gcc version 3.3.4) #5 Wed Jan 30 12:50:56 MST 2008

 - Display Peripheral board: TS-7KV

 - Monitor: A kit purchased from AnD, Product # AND-TFT-35VX-KIT
