Hi Mike,
The 7300 originally had an 640x480 output. I had TS do the 800x600
FPGA code for a 10.4" industrial touch monitor I was using. From what
I understand the 7300 would struggle with anything higher than 800x600
(especially as it uses 1MB frame buffers), you'd have to confirm this
with TS.
The 7390 (on which the TS-TPC-7390 is based) from what I gather has a
more efficient FPGA video interface, and may be able to do higher
resolutions, but does not have a VGA output...
I would contact Technologic Systems directly and explain your
requirements.
If you are using an LCD in an industrial style environment (and you
can get away with a 7" screen) I'd recommend people to have a look at
the TS-TPC-7390 as industrial touch screens with a similar bezel would
cost much more than the whole TS system.
