I do not know why and how you are trying to compile LEDS_GPIO, I think you shouldn't be able to select it. I suggest you use my latest 2.6.24.7 patch: http://xtruder.homelinux.net/~ambro/tslinux-3/tslinux-for-2.6.24.7.patch.bz2 ep93xx_wdt compiles fine here.
