Both the shipping kernel and the one Eddie built for us report
they are 2.4.  I didn't understand the '2k' in some of the file
names and (perhaps foolishly) assumed that it was the first one
they'd built in this millennium.

I've tried to get an answer on that from Technologic, but that
particular question has always been ignored in their replies.
