I wish that i would have seen this post earlier. I reversed the
polarity on the regulator due to no silk screen and no documentation
and indeed I fried the regulator. The part FB3 (diode I think) went
white hot and then went up in smoke. I only hooked 12V regulated upto
it. What a bummer.
