[ts-7000] cron on 7250

Hi,

I need to set up a couple of cron jobs on a 7250. I have set crond to 
start in rcS.sysinit and put a simple test line in /etc/crontab

* * * * * root /etc/cron/cron.test

>From what I've been able to find this should be enough but it does 
not get executed as I expect.

Is this too minimalist?
