[ts-7000] TS-7200 I dont arrive to load a kernel

Hi,

i try to load a kernel into the ts7200 board. I have downloaded the
file : zImage-7200-ts9, i've put into the memory but when i try to
execute the kernel with the command : exec -c "console=ttyAM0,115200
ip=192.168.1.4 root=/dev/nfs nfsroot=192.168.1.5:/var/exports/nfs", 

i always have the same error :

Root-NFS: Server returned error -13 while mounting /var/exports/nfs
VFS: Unable to mount root fs via NFS, trying floppy.
VFS: Cannot open root device "nfs" or 02:00
Please append a correct "root=" boot option
Kernel panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 02:00

I am able to mount my nfs root with an other linux computer.
If someone can help me.
