[ts-7000] Ethernet PHY MII register for LED activity?

I've been searching for a MII PHY register and bit which might be 
polled to see if there's transmit and receive activity on the Ethernet 
interface.  Does anyone know whether there is a register bit within 
the MII specification which can be polled to detect activity on the 
interface?
