Which compiler are you using currently? (ie. which package with which
date did you extract?)
Which board are you developing for? (e.g. TS-7800)
My first guess would be that you need to try a different package maybe.
PATH shouldn't make much of a difference with what your doing..
Try calling the compiler with an absolute path?
Note that there are at least two /bin directories in there.
