Thanks for the update.

With regard to suggestions:
Get rid of the context sensitive "eye candy" which is ever so 
distracting and ensure that we can get to where we need to go with 
the minimum number of mouse clicks.

Some people are using Google Search now with good success.

I must say that my experience todate with TS as a company has been 
excellent.
