[ts-7000] how to run make on 7200

hello,
i am trying to install libpcap library on 7200 with CF but after
configure when going for make getting this
 File `Makefile.in' has modification time in the future (2007-07-23
19:35:1)
./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: WARNING:  Makefile.in seems to ignore the --datarootdir
setting
config.status: creating config.h
config.status: config.h is unchanged
your Makefile was out of date, now run make again
exit 1
make: *** [Makefile] Error 1
but when using config.status instate of make getting this ......
 ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile                                     
                        
config.status: WARNING:  Makefile.in seems to ignore the --datarootdir
setting                
config.status: creating config.h                                     
                        
config.status: config.h is unchanged
can u give me idea how can i install this library.
