[ts-7000] scp command

[Syedsmt <>]

I'm new user for ts 7200.Just went to ask,when I use secure copy to the 7200. 
It show 

scp test.c :/home/user/
 password:
sh:scp: not found

Do you know what wrong with secure copy function. I already actived the 
dropbear for ssh function. Or the are any manual for this for the SCP function 
for the 7200
