As I stated , if I copy the address by clicking on the empty space
and paste it, it does display. This confirms that both the browser is
svg capable and that I'm not a windozey nube that does not know URLs
are case sensitive.
Changing the name to a png confirms the mark up is correct.
Same result in opera and 'fox , seems to suggest apache is not
sending the data.
This has me a bit baffled.
