[ts-7000] TS-7800 info

Hi All,

I am looking for a few things and wondering if anyone has any of the following or can point:

1. MemMap for the temp sensor control regs. Missing in the preliminary TS-7800 guide in ~/michael/support
   
2. source for ts7800ctl command. If its on the TS website, I can't find it.  Prelim guide says use this for red LED info
   
3. Does anyone know of any GNU GPL type SPI signaling code? (I'd rather not re-invent any wheels here)
4. TMP124 in ~michael gives 403 error.  If anyone is interested, ==> http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tmp122.pdf
