I know what you mean. I've been burned by incorrect documentation in the past.

In the first paragraph under item 5.6 on page 27 of Revision 2.1 (dated May
2006) of the TS-7250 manual (ts-7250-manual-rev2.1.pdf)
"To maintain 12-bit accuracy, the analog signal being measured must have a low
source impedance (less than 10 ohms)."

I will be posting it along with an updated version of the LCD display routines
as soon as I get around to adding some comments about the changes I have made
to the original sample files.
