Hi Scott,
It seems you've booted into the 'fast boot' envornment - was there a
message on the screen stating the system started in 2.xx seconds
needs JP6 or exit for a full boot.
If so, enter 'exit' using a keyboard or a serial terminal on com1 to
cause it to do a full boot.
Remember to shut down the system correctly (via 'shutdown -h now')
before removing power.
