[ts-7000] Tcl8.4 problem

Hi:

I trying to compile one module with crosstool in my laptop, but i need
tcl command, my question is, how to install tcl8.4 for arm in my
laptop or in crosstool?

My embedded is ts-7300, kernel 2.4.26-ts11 and crosstool-linux-gcc-3.3.4
