The more users who are able to document and share their experiences the
better. I am aware of at least a couple of users on the list who have
various documentation available on their own web pages. A format like a
Wiki could be ideal, as it would provide a place where many users could
each contribute to a centralized repository of knowledge. I can't comment
definitely on the TS web site as I'm not on the team working on it, but I
do know a lot of development is in progress to produce improvements to the
content, and I have heard a wiki tossed around as one possible feature.
Regarding FAQs, I have one which is semi-official, (in the sense that it's
not on the main page as of yet), but it has been accumulating questions I
hear frequently. It's linked to directly from my home page below...
