Thank you for your replies, I have some more questions though

What models exactly did you use? Or what models could be connected to
the Technologic Systems? Im looking for a low cost solution, I don't
need any extra industrial features like waterproof and shock
resistant... Just the cheapest basic ~10" that can work on Linux. What
is the usual price range and where could I find such a model (link me
if you can)? Most of the stuff I found online is packed with (to me)
useless features. 

Do I really need a video card?
