a) This is possible, but the size of the card and the kernel (which is 2.6.21) are not related. For the SD card, download a development-kit image, and resize the root partition to fit the remaining space on the device. For the kernel, download and compile the kernel using the instructions at http://www.embeddedarm.com/linux/kernel26-ts72xx.htm .

b) I purchased the TS7400+WIFI box from Technologics. Assuming the that the wireless device is the same, which it should be, you shouldn't have many problems. It worked like a dream for me, from the start.

c) I use the provided Debian, and have not tried Fedora, here. I have used Fedora extensively on workstations in the past, but I've found Debian more reliable.

Thanks for the response. I have some problems, yet to work on this.
Could you please let me know, if you tried:

a) With 2.6.23 and 1 GB SD card
b) With Wi-Fi support (planning to buy this H/w from TS).
c) With Fedora Core Linux.

Thanks in advance.
