Because "elographics_rv.so" does not exist. For some reason, you have the following, which are invalid filenames:

elo_drv.o*
elographics_drv.so*
evtouch_drv.so*


You need to re-extract them from where-ever you got them. It was probably an error in your command. Refer to my other message.
