Hello Again,

So i got my new devkit up and running, thanks for all the feedback i got on the
company and product
itself, I got the right drivers loaded for the 732 with lincan.o after a false
start of using the
wrong ones, used insmod, set the baudrate to 1000 ( for 1Mbps) and no joy, and
i see two things in
the manual, one rather worryingly talks about 1024Kbps being only used for
communication with other
TS-7300/ENC730's/CANs, i'm hoping thats not the problem, otherwise i just
bought the wrong thing !

The other note is in the TS-EN730.pdf on page 11, it mentions the CAN_Term
jumper, which goes via a
10pin IDC to the daugtherboard, but i can't see where to next ?

The manual also mentions the CAN Jumpers being ON to enable the CAN bus signals
on the COM2 port, i
can't find these CAN Jumpers.

So far i've had great experience with embeddedarm, good tech support via phone
and quick ordering, i
did call in and make sure that the device was 1Mbps capable, but I'm hoping
that the note in the
manual isn't saying that its only compatible with itself.

Where are these jumpers, anyone know ? I've been going over and over the three
manuals, but either
i'm just having a blind spot, or not enough coffee.

TS-730C Jumper Settings
"All the CAN jumpers must be ON to have the CAN Bus enabled on the COM2/CAN DB9
connector instead of
COM2"

Am i just reading it wrong and it means the 10 pin idc cable should be
connected from the TSENC730
board to the COM2, and not directly to the TS7300 ? Both sets of headers are
populated, perhaps ones
just a dummy connector?

all help gratefully accepted!
