The polarity is the same as the +5V connector, i.e. ground is on the
"right" side. This is with the board facing up, looking directly at the
connector from the side. Another way of looking at it is that the + side
is closer to the PC104 bus. However, the 781 is diode protected, meaning
that if you look it up wrong it won't work, but it also shouldn't fry.
