Those errors are fine. Unless you want to use the device as an SSL web server, you can ignore the Apache error, and the SSH error means that the keys need to be regenerated, which is okay since this is a fresh device.
The output doesn't indicate why it would be prompting you for maintenance mode-- It may be an error, but doesn't necessarily have to be, with these boxes. Depending on what shell it is in, sometimes a halt or reboot might bring you back to this prompt, too.
Try just continuing, running another FSCK, and see if anything appears out of the ordinary.
