Hello,
According to PC/104 Specification 2.5 (http://www.pc104.org/
technology/PDF/PC104%20Spec%20v2_5.pdf page 22)
both 8bit and 16bit have common signals definitions of the 8bit PC-
104 connector part.
At page no. 9 is written: "Figure 1 illustrates a typical module
stack including both 8- and 16-bit modules, and shows the
use of both the "stackthrough" and "non-stackthrough" bus options."
So if you can connect pins of 8bit connector type to 16bit connector
from the top, why can't you do the same thing only from the different
side ?
