Hi Chris, thanks for your answers, but here I have a couple of questions about crosscompiling: I was able to run the command: ./configure --prefix=/usr --host=arm-linux-gnu --enable-shared --enable-static it worked! but in the last part of your last reply you say this: > Anyway, you could follow the successful ./configure and make steps > above, but don't try make install. Instead you should just manually copy the headers & libs. so my question is if i should run make install adding DESTDIR or how should i run make install or just make??? or just i should copy the headers and libs at this point, and here my other question, once I already have these libraries and headers (libjpeg.so.62.0.0 libjpeg.so.62 libjpeg.so libjpeg.la libjpeg.a, jpeglib.h jpegint.h jmorecfg.h jerror.h jconfig.h), where do i have to copy them, to the path /usr/local/crosstools/arm-linux/ gcc-3.3.4-glibc-2.3.2/arm-linux/usr/... or ! i have to install these libs and headers to the target system, i mean the ts7300 card? Thanks in advance __._,_.___
