It seems to be working now. After many many hours of searching. I
reloaded my modules and re ln'd my files. I was able to do so via NFS
HTTP booting. It may be more of a "hack" then a solution but it will
get me to my USB 4Gig Lexar jump drive on the USB. I plan on using the
 TS-7000 bootloader (Linux booting Linux) routine directly or aat
least a modification of the process. There are several options
mentioned in varaious parts of this group. 

BTW: Do any one have a handle on porting FreeBSD to th TS-7250? With
all personal inhibitions aside, I just want to increase my
possibilities for an OS. I'm looking at NetBSD, ecos, HGL
(HomeGrownLinux), and several realtime versions.
