being used, the design of the board, and how such a sleep mode is handling
in the OS, etc. From what you are describing it would sound like a
situation where the CPU would actually get a HALT instruction and then
would enter a low power state so that the OS wouldn't require anything
special. AFAIK the EP9302 doesn't provide a super-low power mode of that
kind, the best you can do is step the frequency down. But then, I haven't
looked at the datasheet in a while...

That's correct. With TS-Linux you should be able to boot up pretty
quickly, and if you go the (irreversable) route of setting up a 7260 to
boot from SD you could be up and running your application in a couple
seconds.
