i also controlled the SD card. it is in primary slot and i checked 
there is linux operating system files. there are two partition on sd 
card.

i tried with low voltage level 4,5-5 V and the board did the same thing 
two leds blink and red led turns off after a while again two leds blink 
an red led turns off but it is faster. i check the console and the 
start message appears for each of restart. console output is like that

what do u think about that problem? i think it is about software
