[ts-7000] can not find ramdisk

when i use the arm-linux-gcc 3.4 compile the linux24_ts9 kernel, there
are many warning message,

"use of compound expressions as lvalues is deprecated"

when the kernel start there are some warning messages,

Ignoring unrecognised tag 0x54410002
Ignoring unrecognised tag 0x54410002

Ignoring unrecognised tag 0x54420005

and i can not pass the command line through the u-boot to kernel, 
and there is another error message,
Kernel panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 01:00
Adeos: Current domain=Linux on CPU #0 [stackbase=00000000]
   Linux[cpuid=0]: priority=100, status=0x0, pending_hi=0x0
