I was able to get most of 1.7.0 built today using debian.  I did have
one issue when compiling runit/runsv.c with an undefined reference to
_NR_clock_gettime.  I needed to reconfig to not include runsv to get
around the problem, so I have a 1.7.0 binary now that appears to work.

Anyone seen that problem before?
