The best way to get a working kernel is to compile your own one :)
Anyway, if you don't want to proceed in this way, you can download TS
kernel here : ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-linux-cd/binaries/ts-
kernels/
Then use TFTP and NFS functionalities.
