HI,
Thansk for your help.
I cheked the serial port, replaced the cable and found it working.
Thanks again. I have started exploring the board.
Regards,
Madhi.

First thing I would check is your serial port and cable.
The easiest way to do that is to remove the cable from the board and short pin 2 with pin 3,
a crude loopback.
Then when you type in hyperterminal you should see the characters show up in the window.
If this doesn't work, it's not a board problem.
Hyperterminal is buggy and sometimes will lock up the serial port to the point you have to reboot.

Hi,
Thanks for your assistance.
But, I checked many times, turning off hardware and
software. The boot sequence comes upto login and is
not entering.
I tried hitting ctrl+c with one second after power up,
but it straight away boots from the flash and goes to
login prompt.
I have trid this in minicom as well as in
hyperterminal. I am getting the same result.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Madhi.
