I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to do this. The PLC
"Controller" will probably do this at some point for debugging anyway,
i.e. to display ladder state changes in near real-time in the browser.
The main limitation is that the device listening to state changes would
have to be connected to the device it wanted to receive state changes. If
you connect e.g. a TS-7200 directly to the RS-232 port of a TS-PLC you
will only see state changes for that device, whereas with a wireless
module you could receive state changes for any device with a wireless
module.
