[ts-7000] using matlab functions in cygwin

Hi everyone. I want to use some matlab functions(like hilbert 
transform) in my c code, so I can later cross compile them using arm-
linux-gcc in cygwin and the i can use them in my TS. Does anybody know 
how I can do this or something similar?. thanks
